Work Life Balance

Work Life Balance. I have a first grader in school and due to some Mishaps in the Bus she was not feeling comfortable to travel in the Bus. At first, she was hesitant and when we got to the root of the problem, it was reported that she was being bullied by some other kids. My daughter was comfortable when i dropped her to school. Doing this made me report to work 30 minutes late and even though we were doing meetings and i joined Via Phone, I reached out to my manager, and she Understood my situation and ok'd it. Providence Elder place has recent changes in leadership and when i reported the same situation with the new leadership, they understood me and i am so grateful for this as these eases my way to come to work knowing my daughter is happy and this leaves me not worrying about her and being fully focused here on my job.
