Working on Me

I've always put others before me even as a child. Now a mother and grandmother my family comes first. But I'm coming to realize if I can't take better care of myself then I won't be able to care for my family. I want to be actively involved in my grandchildren games and competitions. Right now I'm not able to because I'm not in the best of health. I'm working on me. Watching what I eat, parking far and taking the stairs. Not skipping any doctor appointments. Most importantly getting plenty of rest (that's a real hard one for me) if I get more then 5 hours I will be happy! God first, then me & my health, then closely follows my family!
